1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account only on par888. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any outstanding balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• Keep your registration information up to date. Notify par888 support promptly if your contact details or payment methods change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Not share your account with any other person or allow any third party to use your account for wagering purposes.

par888 may verify the identity of any account holder at any time as part of ongoing security and compliance checks. This may involve requesting a copy of a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued document. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Your account login credentials — username, password and any verification codes — are your responsibility. par888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain secure credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on par888 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change and par888 will communicate any significant changes to users through the platform.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your par888 balance upon successful processing by the payment provider.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. These may vary by payment method.
• par888 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile money provider in processing transactions.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your par888 account.
• par888 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than Bank Transfer, but timings cannot be guaranteed.
• par888 may impose withdrawal limits or temporary holds where fraud, money laundering or terms violations are suspected. In such cases, par888 will communicate with the account holder.
• Any bonus funds still subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on par888 — whether on Sports Betting markets including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, or on Casino games including Live Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Slots and Fish Games — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market as displayed within the platform at the time of wagering.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted are final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-editing feature.
• par888 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where an obvious error in odds, pricing or game mechanics has occurred — whether due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• In-play Sports Betting markets are subject to the live status of events. par888 is not responsible for telecommunications delays that may affect in-play bet placement.
• For Casino games, the rules displayed within each game supplied by the studio provider are the governing rules for that game. par888 applies these rules as received from its studio partners.
• Fish Games are governed by the mechanics of the specific game title. Reward multipliers displayed within the game apply to the cannon stake level selected by the player at the time of each shot.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per round and per day as displayed within the platform. These limits may be modified at par888's discretion.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

par888 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions and minimum odds where applicable.

• Each promotion will display its own specific terms clearly at the time of offer. These should be read carefully before opting in.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use. par888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds where abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may typically be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• par888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing commitments to players already participating in a promotion are honoured.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the par888 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards or strategic information in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or any restricted areas of the platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been credited and used for wagering.
• Using VPNs or other technical methods to circumvent any geographic restrictions applied by the platform.

par888 employs fraud detection systems and reviews account activity. Suspicious patterns will trigger manual review and may result in account suspension during investigation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the par888 platform — including but not limited to the par888 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of par888 or its licensed content providers.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, frame, publish or create derivative works from any par888 content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of par888's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content supplied by third-party studio providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is licensed to par888 for use on the platform. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the games for personal entertainment purposes only.

9 Limitation of Liability

par888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and fault-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. par888 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from bets or wagers placed during technical issues, disconnections or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand the rules of a game or betting market before wagering.
• Any third-party charges, fees or delays applied by banks, mobile money providers or payment processors in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

par888's total liability in any matter connected to your account or use of the platform will not exceed the total deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy

par888 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform security. The collection, use and storage of your personal information is governed by the par888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering with par888, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the support team.

11 Responsible Gaming

par888 is an entertainment platform for adults. All players are encouraged to approach gaming as a leisure activity with a fixed PKR budget — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive account activity has been detected.
• A player has been identified as under 18 years of age.
• Identity verification has not been completed satisfactorily.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes have been raised by the account holder.
• A player has requested voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Where an account is closed following a confirmed Terms violation, par888 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. In all other closure scenarios, legitimate account balances will be returned to the player following satisfactory identity verification and after any applicable review period.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the par888 support team. Any remaining PKR balance subject to no active restrictions will be returned via the player's most recently used withdrawal method.

13 Changes to These Terms

par888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the date shown in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page will be revised and, where appropriate, registered players will be notified through the platform or via registered contact details.
